We cover caused by physical breakage, destruction, or failure of the equipment due to unforeseen event which causes physical damage to The Equipment and that prevents it from operating correctly. It extends also to include damage as a result of the Equipment being in contact with water and other liquids and damage maliciously caused by someone other than the insured person.

Not only that, but we also provide an extended warranty which provides cover for the Insured Equipment against defects in materials and workmanship when used in accordance with the Manufacturer’s user manuals, technical specifications, and other Product published guidelines.

If you bought our product through our partner stores, you’ll receive the policy with terms and condition through the email you provided during the transaction. Otherwise, it will be registered by our representative once all personal and unit details are provided then payment is confirmed. If you do not receive, any email within one (1) business day from the date of purchase, you may request a copy through the details provided below:

Make sure you know the IMEI or Serial Number (SRN) of the unit. If the IMEI or SRN is not available, make sure you have a copy of the receipt/sales invoice from the partner store you purchased the unit.

Our representative will reach out for a short interview regarding what happened. Please keep in mind that the conversation may be recorded for quality purposes. After the conversation with our representative, we will arrange and schedule the unit for pickup and repair.

We either repair or replace the unit. Our decision is based on the technical report (TR) provided by the authorized repair center of the brand which means if the unit is repairable, we will repair the unit; if the unit is replaceable based on TR, we will replace the unit.

Tablets, Laptops, Smartphones, Personal Computers, and Monitors on the date of purchase or not exceeding 14 days for Accidental Damage and Liquid damage (ADLD). For Extended Warranty (EW), we cover gadgets mentioned, up to 2nd to 3rd year.
