Make sure you know the IMEI or Serial Number (SRN) of the unit. If the IMEI or SRN is not available, make sure you have a copy of the receipt/sales invoice from the partner store you purchased the unit. Our representative will reach out for a short interview regarding what happened. Please keep in mind that the conversation may be recorded for quality purposes. After the conversation with our representative, we will arrange and schedule the unit for pickup and repair.
