Frequently Asked Questions

The gadget Protect claim service portal is a self-service platform that allows our
customers to submit service requests for a first-step assessment schedule.
1. Fill out the claim form with all necessary information.
2. Review the information provided, and make sure all necessary information is
correct.
3. Upon submission, you will receive an email confirmation of your request and will
be scheduled for assessment.

Method 1: Check the IMEI of your phone
1. Dial *#06# to see your device IMEI.
2. Enter the IMEI in the claim form.
Method 2: Check IMEI from the device Setting
1. On your device, go to Settings
2. Tap About/General
3. Look for your IMEI number on the screen.
4. Enter the IMEI in the claim form.
Method 3: You can usually find your device's IMEI and model number printed on the
back of your device, your purchase receipt, or in your device's settings.
